PILATES
A Pilates workout combining mat exercises and Reformer machine work. The class includes mat exercises to strengthen core muscles and Reformer work with spring resistance to improve flexibility, posture and strength.

POWERLATES
A unique combination of Reformer Pilates with weights. A more intensive workout that adds a strength training element to classic Pilates, creating a strong and toned body.
Benefits: Toning & strengthening, increased calorie burn, building power, improved endurance
